The Amaran COB 60d is an extremely compact daylight LED spotlight with a surprisingly high light output and great versatility thanks to the full-size Bowens mount.

The compact and lightweight design, simple operation and EPP case make the Amaran 60d ideal for film crews who need to pack light but don't want to compromise on light quality. The Amaran 60 series' wide range of power options make the lights ideal for mobile use and the Bowens mount and hyper-reflector make them a fantastic multi-tool for either soft or intense light. The extremely quiet active cooling system also means that there will be no clashing with the sound recording at important moments, whether you are recording your content at home or on the move. In summary, the compact versatility of the Amaran 60d luminaire makes it a key part of any lighting arsenal.

The 60d offers 65W daylight quality light output and is as compact as a camera, measuring just over 11 x 11 x 11 centimeters and weighing just 675 grams. The 60d's small form factor houses a powerful LED that achieves up to 45100 lux at one meter with the special hyperreflector - while maintaining excellent color fidelity (CRI and TLCI 96+).

Equipped with a full-size Bowens mount, the 60d is compatible with an immensely wide range of light modifiers - including the Aputure Light Dome SE, Light Dome Mini II and the Aputure Lantern - making it an extremely versatile tool. The compact body features an intuitive LCD screen and rotary knob that blend seamlessly into the body. The knob adjusts the light in 1% increments and can be clicked to quickly select presets.

Using the built-in Sidus Mesh technology, the 60d can also be controlled via the Sidus Link app, unlocking eight lighting effects (Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Faulty Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe, Explosion). With this user-friendly app, filmmakers no longer have to leave their place at the camera.

The Amaran 60d is also the ideal light for filmmakers on the move. In addition to the mains adapter, you also have the option of operating the light with the dual Sony NP-F battery plate or a D-Tap battery (cable sold separately). For this purpose, the light has a passive V-mount on the side to which a rechargeable battery can be attached. Stowed in an environmentally friendly EPP case (expanded polypropylene), which is just as light as the light itself, the 60d is protected against all adversities.
